Visiting Graves
It was narrated from Aishah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) gave permission for visiting the graves.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: "Visit the graves, for they will remind you of the Hereafter."

Visiting Graves
It was narrated from Sulaiman bin Buraidah (RA) that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to teach them, when they went out to the graveyard, to say: As-salamu ‘alaykum ahlad-diyar minal-mu’minina wal- muslimin, wa inna insha’ Allah bikum lahiqun, nas’alul-laha lana wa lakumul-‘afiyah (Peace be upon you, O inhabitants of the abodes, believers and Muslims,and we will join you soon if Allah wills. We ask Allah for well-being for us and for you)."

Visiting Graves
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah (RA) said: "The Messenger of Allah visited the grave of his mother and wept, and caused those around him to weep. He said: 'I asked my Lord for permission to pray for forgiveness for her and He did not give me permission, and I asked Him for permission to visit her grave and He gave me permission, so visit the graves, for they will remind you of death." '
